Taking your time when packing equipment for service could be the difference between a warranty repair and a non-warranty repair. Damaged equipment, due to insufficient packing, is not covered by the shipping company, nor is it considered a warranty repair. The bottom line? Take your time.... and save money!

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in new, saleable condition within specified time, in the original packaging with all instruction booklets and blank warranty cards..
We’ll promptly exchange it or issue a refund or credit for the full merchandise purchase price, whichever you prefer. Sorry, but we do not refund original or return shipping costs.
